I’m finishing an MBA, hiring for a part-time role for the first time, and shipping the first usable version of a personal memory layer I have been thinking about for a while.
Day job is keeping production calm on lean infrastructure. The interesting parts right now are around incident communication and turning the on-call rotation into something less exhausting.
Outside of that I’m reading more long-form than I have in years, spending time outdoors, and trying to write something publishable every two weeks. Some of it lands on this site.
